In pre-order collections, shipping is free.

What is the shipping cost for other products?
Peninsula and Balearic Islands/Canaries: Free for orders over €100 // €6.95 for orders under €100
EU: Free for orders over €100 // €34.95 for orders under €100

When will I receive my order?

If the orders that includes other items that we have in stock, we will ship together when we have all the products available. As soon as we send your order, you will receive an email so you can track it, the usual deadlines are:

Spain: 12-15 working days.
EU: 17-20 working days

Where can I receive my order?

Online orders will be sent to the address you indicate when placing the order.
We also offer the possibility of picking up the order at our store in Vilanova i la Geltrú.


Can I exchange or return a purchased item?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the date of receipt to make an exchange or return.

Returned items must be in their original state, unused with all the clothing labels and all accessories included. Contact us by sending an email to requesting the return of the item or change of size. Keep the piece in perfect condition and in its original packaging and we will schedule the picking at the address and time you write to us.
